Clients/Member Testimonials
I like the combination of strength and cardio workout. I also like the variety in classes; the exercises are the same but applied differently so it’s never the same workout.
It meets you where you are and the coaches are great to offer different options based on injuries
I love the community at OTF Willowbrook-Hinsdale! I’ve been going for 2.5 years and I have never felt more accomplished or proud of what I do. The coaches are so helpful and encouraging. I can’t believe I did the DriTri and the marathon this year! #strong
Great trainers! Helpful staff. Great vibe. Love the hard but compact workout
Whole body including cardio and one hour and done!

Friendly front desk and always fun when it’s an ESP day!
It's fast and effective with a wonderful staff.

You are committed to being an active participant and still go at your own pace.
OT Rockford ❤️
60 minute, great workout.
Very welcoming from a out of state OT member! Thanks
That it’s an overall body workout, it’s different every time and only an hour long .
The push and motivation from trainer/instructor
Coaching
Like how you change it up
Like the intensity
The tracking of calories, stats is motivating
The row is the best part of the whole class. I prefer the bike over the run (better on back and my knees) and the floor is normally solid.
I like that the coaches tell you exactly what to do and will even help you as you work out to make sure you have the correct form!!
Every day is a different style workout. I love when there are themed workouts. It’s fun to do tornados or when we have task cards to complete.
It’s always something different and I rarely dread getting to finish the workout. I’m never bored and the hour flies by!
They are intense and I get everything I need in 60 minutes- cardio and strength
Full body workout in an hour!
It’s different every time, very cardio based and I feel great after the workout is done!
The workout is always changing.
All in one workout, takes an hour, feel great and accomplished afterward. Don't have to think about it, and it's made me stronger and healthier.
I’m only giving a 10 because I’m not sure which coach this is for, and I don’t want to score anyone poorly. I’m surprised I was sent a listen score; considering my opinion doesn’t matter much to upper management, but since I got one I may as well tell you what I think. Ever since you forced Sam to resign everything about OTF Elmhurst has gone downhill. Everyone can feel that the vibe has changed, veterans have canceled, all sense of community has vanished. The change at the studio can’t be blamed on the opening of FFC, or your head coach (poor Steve, you threw him into a position he wasn’t ready for and set him up to fail) or any other fitness studio within the downtown area; it’s you, it’s management. You treat your employees like puppets and dispose of anyone who doesn’t meet your undisclosed expectations (meanwhile your regional coach doesn’t understand the concept of a base pace), and the worst of it all is members see this pattern of mistreatment, THEY SEE IT. Sam gets fired for cheating on his girlfriend, but your employees keep pumping out babies out of wedlock (but that’s okay), like I said, members see it and they talk about it. It’s all just sad, I’ve never seen a business like OTF elmhurst, elmhurst could take a page out of Chicagoland Fitness’ book on employee moral and leadership. Something should change, but it won’t.
Thank you to Melissa and the OTF team for making me feel so at home in Lake Forest.
Keeps me healthy, strong and sane!
