The variety of each workout
The workouts are great. Three are well thought out and consistently fun
Coach driven, scaleable with the aid of a heart monitor. I've completed over 1,200 classes and I never get bored.
It is more convenient.
As a runner, the OTF workout is very well suited for runners. My road running and racing stats have already meaningfully improved since signing up at OTF. Also, the coaches are really positive and high energy.
It is challenging.

Everything! I like the accountability, the coaches, the fact that 'everybody knows my name'- the staff takes the time to know the members- even when we hide in the corner ;)
The workouts motivate me and keep me moving and help de-stress the day! The coaches' playlists don't hurt, either :)
Different parts, switches up so it doesn’t get boring
I like the group setting and a trainer who provides instructions and guidance. I don’t really have to think about what to do next, just follow along and get a great workout.
Still enjoying OTF after all these years and love that it is there for me when I travel on business. Manda is one of the best trainers/coaches in the country IMO and makes it look effortless.
Everyone (coaches, front desk staff, etc.) does a great job of making you feel at home! They get to know your name, carry conversations, and remember previous conversations you've had. Those little things make a huge difference in my workout experience, not to mention that the coaches bring great energy for the workouts.
