What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory has provided me with a very challenging but fun workout, and has helped stop my weight gain, and even lose some weight. The workout is split into treadmill, rower and floor exercises with free weights, TRX. and more. The variety prevents me from getting bored. There is also a lot of encouragement from the coaches and other members. There are regular challenges, which helps me track my progress and also encourages me to do better. I love going to Orangetheory, and would recommend it for others!

What do you like about our workout?

I have been going to OTF for 7 years now - it's the best place ever! My happy place.
I wish there were 5 AM classes, however at this location - even a few days a week! It would be helpful for members who are only able to come at that time.

What do you like about our workout?

This is the first time in my life that I’ve stuck with a workout longer than six months. I’m down 25lbs in the time I’ve been coming. I enjoy coming to class. The people, coaches and SAs are all nice people.

What do you like about our workout?

The best part about the workout is having the coach there to encourage you through each station. I would never do this type of workout on my own. And I cannot believe how the workouts are so varied - I never get bored.

I love Orange Theory West Windsor ! The coaches and teams supporting us are friendly.
Every time I come to class I am received with smiles and warm greetings.

I love coach Shannon and Paul!! Plus of course Michael - they are motivating and committed to my fitness journey.

It has been an amazing experience for the last year. A week ago I was my first year anniversary !

What do you like about our workout?

Everything!!! Total body one hour workout, cardio and strength . I have gotten stronger, stamina increasing . Coaches and people at front desk so kind!!! Coaches so good, knowledgeable ! They even take the time after class to stay to help with our form to make sure we are doing exercise properly!!!! I have been there since it first opened and it is the best workout!! Plus, equipment and facilities always super clean!!! Highly recommend Orange Theory!!!!

I love the ability to walk in and not have to think about what I want to workout, plus it allows me to focus on 2 or 3 different activities and change up the pace mid workout. Also everyone is always so nice and welcoming when you walk-in!
