The workout structure pushes you but also allows you to listen to your body. I like that it feels more like a completion against yourself, not the other people in the class. The couches are wonderful. They make you feel welcomed and help when it’s needed or asked for. I just had a baby and was nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up or feel lost but the couches made me feel great and confident. I am loving Orangetheory!

I would recommend that the new coach Megan should use more upbeat music especially during push pace and all outs on the treadmill. It does change the energy for the runners.

Coaches are great, make sure that you are doing floor exercises correctly and encourage you to work hard.
The variety and coaching
Initially, I doubted myself doing the workout in the studio when my friend tried to introduce this.
I mostly do my workout alone. So, I went to the introduction class, then thought to try it.
When I do the workout alone, I do it in my comfort zone. Now, I've attended the 5th class, and the coach (Brandi) helped me to push myself from base to all-out. She's guiding me on what I can do to push myself. Thank you very much, Brandi.
I feel more energetic. The apps and the analysis provided to me made me go to a healthier lifestyle. Reduce my body fat and increase my muscle weight.
And I'm so excited to go to the class every time after I book the class. I might go to the studio every day. :-)
Its a complete workout with perfect mix of cardio and strength both. I feel great after my 60mins of workout and all in all it makes my day productive and keeps me happy:)
I like that you get in and get out, no one is "standing around blocking machines, the workout is always different, and the music is usually good (but not a fan of the All Out with Aoki music - sorry!......it de-motivates me and gives me a headache)
I like the variety of equipment (wish we did more bosu!!!!)

OTF is the best workout routine I have ever used. Lost 30 pounds with minimum diet change. Never boring. STAFF is awesome!!!!!
My favorite part of my workouts at OTF is the super friendly atmosphere with everyone encouraging each other without any judgement. Our Coaches really care about our health including our mental health. It is like no other gym I have ever been a member of. That may be why I am in my fourth year, over 800 classes with workouts 5 days a week.
I love that every workout is different and that all the coaches are extremely motivating. They are your biggest cheerleaders!

Just show up, do the best you can and you're going to get a great workout.
The workouts are varied enough to keep everything interesting and fresh, with enough repeating workouts to be able to gauge your performance gains.

This program is very structured and upbeat with a positive environment. Class flies by. Love the coaches! I only see evening coaches. Kayla is very energetic and Sean is an awesome weightlifting coach. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and always pushing you to your personal limit. Orange Theory is my “happy place“ 😊🧡🍊
