The BEST workouts - different workouts so it’s never boring and the instructors are amazing at challenging you (even on those days when you just barely made it to class!!) I like the rotation between tread, rower and weights - a whole body workout - I’ve always been a runner but I really like the balance of working my upper body too. Also great people in the OTF class - very positive and chill.
Good mix of strength and cardio. Classes go quickly and it’s a great workout.

The team at OTF West is AMAZING! Head Coach Mark and the rest of the coaches are all very enthusiastic and are wonderful motivators. The front desk staff is very attentive and takes great care of the members. I could not pick a better gym to be a part of!

I love the coaches of Orangetheory, they are so great and provide just the motivation I need, esp Coaches Sharon and Andrea. Also the format of the workout is so well designed that it never gets boring and the monthly challenges are so much fun!

I am never bored! I like being coached on what I am to do. I don't have to think or plan out my workout. I simply show up, listen to the coach, and do the day's template. No workout is ever the same, so it keeps things interesting. I love the themed days and the pumping music too. Hearing someone tell you how much time is left and that you can do it, is so motivating. I feel amazing when I accomplish my workout for the day. Every workout is worth it!

The workout is straight forward and you can set goals for yourself. There is are challenges thrown in to help you reach your goals.

Intense and good music usually
I needed the motivation to get into shape and I've become obsessed with Orange Theory. The instructors are all wonderful, and the workouts are only an hour long. I always leave feeling tired and proud of myself. I can't wait to see where the progress takes me!
