OT could do better at thanking those members who referred their friends to OT. I have referred two friends in the last few months and never got any acknowledgement. It is not a big deal to me, but since there is a different reward every month, OT should try to monitor, acknowledge and reward its members, as promised.

Small Group training and the high intensity workout
In town on business. Studio staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The coach, Charlie, was very informative on how to adjust to altitude. I will be back to this studio on my continued trips to Denver.

Dynamic coaches; ability to get into the classes I'd like to.
It would be great if there was some parking there and additional Sunday classes.

Love that you just have to show up and survive for an hour, and you're guaranteed results! Coach Nick (DTC) was really supportive and personable.
I love the coaches, music, intensity and results! It's a work-out that is ever-changing and therefore always asking my body to get better. It is also conveniently located and there are so many times throughout the day to choose a class. It's great!
Everything! My only suggestion is that the trainers make a point of knowing who is in their class. I have been working out in the Stapleton studio for 2 years and usually work out 2 to 4xs a week, the instructor (Mark) whose class I attend the most has never once asked my name or acts as if he has ever seen me before.

I like the workout a lot. I'm frustrated that my monitor only seems to work half the time lately.
I love that everything is timed. I don't like to run, but if you tell me I only have to run for 3 minutes, I can do it. Therefore, I'm getting a much better cardio work out than I would on my own. Love the coaches and their encouragement! I also enjoy the weight lifting. At my age, I know it's important to have strong muscles.
the variety and the intensity
That we do interval training on weights, treadmill and rowing. Sometimes endurance...other times speed. My Coach Mike is always encouraging.
I have two issues. Treadmills are being held at the 5am class for friends who are not there. Always at least 7 are being held. This is not fair to other parties who are there and need to warm up on the treadmill. We need assigned numbers first come first serve.
The showers need Kleenex and a garbage can. Paper towels to wife down the shower after use.
Like everyone, I have limited time to exercise so I like getting the most out of my workout.
Changes every day-you can make the workout as challenging as you like
I love the coaches. I like not having to go in and think about what I am doing. They will tell me what to do.
Every workout is different. I also enjoy the screens with the heart rate monitor so I can keep track on my results during the class.
It's a lot of fun. I'm a very competitive person so it helps me to see myself on the board. When I get below orange I push myself until I'm back in the red. The coaches are great, always there to help you. Super fun environment!

it is motivating, like that the trainers know me by name, like that you are building some esprit de corps around our community/clun with nutrition meeting, running club, weight loss challenge, team kobi etc.

Everything. It's always a different workout each time I come. The coaches are motivating and truly care about each member.
Here's what I like about the workout: I would never work as hard as I do at OT as I would on my own. I feel stronger and fitter than I ever have. I also like the welcoming environment. Both the receptionists and coaches are friendly and helpful. It's a part of my day that I look forward to.
I liked the variety and the ability to live-track my progress on the board.
