I like the variety of weight training exercises.
I love Tina and Olivia at Northgate. They keep me motivated at 5am and I look forward to their classes during the week. They both reach out to you as a person and not just a number in their class. I appreciate that they walk around and help with form and don’t just call things out from the computer screen.
Coaches and the flow of the templates;
Being coached is very helpful for me. The full body workout is demanding and useful for my other athletic events like umpiring softball.
Orangetheory workouts are never boring. The coach’s enthusiasm, music and coaching bring out your ‘A’ game.
It’s fast-paced, challenging and the coaches are encouraging and motivating.

Fantastic "Coach led" with tons of positive energy from other members that will encourage you if you need a boost. I've never been to another gym that compares and offers more for your money. I will recommend Orangetheory all year long!!

Very much enjoyed the first class. I’ve been a bit intimidated to join a gym given how out of shape I am. However, I felt absolutely no judgement and for the first time in a while felt a sense of accomplishment with regard to my fitness. I definitely plan to continue!

#1 - I love the coaches! They not only encourage, but make sure I am accomplishing the exercises correctly.
#2 - The variety of workouts and challenges. Changing up the exercises and focusing different muscle groups keeps it interesting.
#3 - The other members. They are friendly and keep it light. We struggle together, not independent of each other.

They gave me a monitor to use for free. For how much we pay it’s criminal that they charge. I’ve gone through 3 monitors and they don’t even give a deal on a new one. They said sweat got in it. 🙄
I love everything about Orange Theory. I love the coaches, the finer desk people, and I love how the workouts challenge me. The workouts are as difficult as you want them to be, yet, the classes naturally push you to see results. I have loved making OT part of my daily routine.
