Being a NASM certified trainer, OTF follows all the protocol I would use in my own program design. What I like best is I can just show up and do the work. I don't have to think about which exercises to do or rep count, it's all done for me. Plus, being part of a bigger community it motivates me to work harder than if I go to the gym by myself. I've trained everyone from professional athletes to everyday people looking for a little extra advantage in day to day activities and I fully trust and enjoy OTF for my personal development.

Love the Coaches, ability to go at my own pace, & instruction to do weightlifting with correct form. Most classes are at a time that works with my schedule.
Reason I may not recommended is the cost. Also at the beginning of the new year with lots of new people there are never enough 15-18 lb weights for floor exercises.
I was super hesitant about trying OrangeTheory since I usually just run for my workouts. But since I moved and gained weight, just running has not really been helping me towards my goals. I was hooked from my first workout. Now I am going 3-4 times a week with plans to take it up to 5! I can feel my body working and I love how sore I get from lifting weights. This is definitely going to help me make my goals this year and get me back on track with my marathon training!

I love the variety of the workouts and the balance between anaerobic and aerobic all in one hour's time. It's awesome to be able to work right at my level and be pushed to do as much as I can. The coaches are supportive and kind all the while pushing me past what I thought I could do!
I love the staff! Megan, Telvin, Lindsey, Liam and all the desk staff are just nice folks. And I love the coaches. They hold me accountable and acknowledge my hard work. "I see that incline Pete!"
The variety of exercises included in each day's workout.
Since I started OTF, I have changed my lifestyle dramatically. I love the intensity of it and also variety. We are targeting every part of the muscle. On top of that, our coaches really do care about each one of the client. They motivates you like crazy the min you walked in that room. I love it and I can I say I’m addicted to it.
