I really enjoy the 45min workout with Aundre on Sunday morning at 630am.
I burn just as many calories as the 60 min due to the fast pace and intensity. There is no down time so I never feel short changed.
It may be something to consider for the Wednesday morning 605am class given that about 15-25% of the class leave at 45-55 minutes into the class.

I loved the combination of cardio and strength training. The music that the instructors play just keep me motivated and grooving for the entire class. I like being silently competative with the person training next to me. I have already told 3 of my friends about it and one has signed up the next day. looking forward to more classes.

Fitness coaches are motivating and attentive to making sure our form is correct while weight lifting. They are funny and create a great work out environment. Also most effective work out I've ever had. One hour and I burn 500 calories!
It is a great workout! I felt engaged the entire time and felt a great accomplishment when I finished. I hate running but my friend loves it and it's a great workout we can do together and both feel equally accomplished and actually enjoy the work out.
The coaches at the Stapleton location are great! Pam, Ross, Mark, Lewi and Hannah constantly are encouraging and cheering on the class. Also Pam and Ross are incredible at giving instruction on how to property do the moves in the weight room to prevent injury and they are always watching and engaged with the class to make sure everyone is doing the excersise safely and efficiently to get the best work out.

Consistent & efficient use of the time, challenging while being able to go at your own pace to deal with whatever issues you may have going on at the time, variety and opportunity to work on different parts of the body, music and class environment help with motivation, awesome trainers who are always friendly, professional, punctual and who do a great job leading everyone through the workout every single time!
