When you walk into Orange Theory Fitness, the walls are riddled with words of encouragement to remind you that you are competing against yourself, and that you should push yourself even farther than you thought you could go.
In addition to those silent messages, there is always a coach who is encouraging your efforts, helping correct your form, and reminding you when you need to alternate from a 'base' to a 'push'. Each coach is a different form of excitement and motivation, but all of them are there to fist bump you before you enter the room for your exercise
OTF is a family, with members that recognize your face, and high five you when you walk in... It's encouraging, it's motivating... I like that you are in control of how much you push yourself, but that they are telling you when to alternate your exercises... They call you out when you cancel, and provide a wide opportunity for class times... No excuses...
Fun, effective classes and outstanding staff. The workouts are always different which means that it doesn't get old and you always wonder what they will have in store for you when you arrive.
This is the first workout regimen I've been able to stick with, and that's because I actually enjoy going to the classes! All of the coaches are fantastic and helpful with instruction and any modifications needed. It lives up to the hype, I can definitely see myself staying for a long time!

I like that each workout is different. I like that the coaches keep me motivated and their positivity energy makes me feel like I can accomplish anything even when I question myself. I like the way I feel after the workout even if I can hardly move the next day.
Pace, coaching, variety
Anne is great!! She made sure to make sure I was comfortable and on track throughout my first class. She also made sure to explain everything very thoroughly before and after class.

Different every time
I love the energy of it - the time goes by so fast you don't even realize you're burning 100s of calories! Love the encouragement and the "go at your pace" atmosphere - makes it totally doable but you realize that you really are pushing yourself and changing your body and your mind at every class. It's amazing!

It is a great total body workout with lots of energy. I particularly like James as an instructor.
I sometimes go in thinking I’m going to have a Green Day but walk out with a solid Orange day. The coaches motivate me in little ways that get me to Orange zone and keep me there.
It is a great full body workout with cardio, you don’t have to think or plan yourself, the technology and coaches are great, and it’s organized in such a way that whether you’re a beginner or a gym rat, you will fit right in
