I like the variety and having a trainer there to lead the class.
It's fun, love the coaching, I feel like I'm pushing myself at these workouts and am getting a really good workout.
Good plan. Nice space. Clean.
OTF makes my workouts fun again! I had to upgrade my membership to unlimited because I want to go everyday!
I love that its different every time, coaches are great and the feedback from the heart monitor. :)
The workout was great! I loved how she explained how it works and how you continue to burn afterwards if you stay in the specific zones and that you are told HOW LONG you will be going all out! Something I can't stand is when I'm in a fitness class of some kind and they don't tell you how many minutes you will be there and then it makes me just want to give up because I feel like I'll be there forever!
Positive and encouraging environment. Very organized setup and clear instructions. I've participated in many intense fitness classes and this workout provides a full hour of non-stop training inspired by strong coaching and motivating oversight. I highly recommend Orangetheory Fitness to anyone who is serious about working out in a positive social setting. Loved it!
Challenging, different
The coaches bring a level of fun, hard work and strength to my workouts!
I liked the variation of the 3 stations through the workout. The heart rate thing was a little frustrating, as I know I was working hard, but I have a really low heart rate (always have), and based on discussion with the staff it doesn't seem like it can be changed. Either way, it was a good sweat and a great way to get in cardio and change up my normal workout.
the staff is great....always encouraging, motivating, and fun!
It's already designed so I can just show up and get a good workout.
I love so many things about OTF! I've been a member since you opened and will be a life long member for sure! I love that it's heart rate based. As a Nutritionist that does Resting and VO2 Tests, I know how effective heart rate zone training is to maximize results. I also love your trainers. They all have incredible and encouraging energy and with doing both the cardio and weights, I get a great workout every time. ...and I love the accountability of if I sign up for a class and don't show up, I get charged. I need that or else I'll talk myself out of it!
I really like the HIIT aspect of these workouts, and the fact that each workout will be different. Instructor was very helpful and immediately helped answer questions/correct form when I seemed confused. I also like that there are specific assigned spots for each station - my big complaint with group workout classes is that they get WAY overcrowded. Not a problem at OTF! I am a beginner at OTF but am a big fan already!
The coaches! I mean lets be 100% honest here...most Orange theories are pretty much the same. You get in there and do the circuit and okay had a decent workout. But the thing that separates the OTF's are the coaches. Kris continues to push me when I am tired and not wanting to go, makes me give that much more. Now that is what make me keep coming back to OTF Wash Park!
Variability and intensity of the workouts
Love! Loove! Looove! my Broomfield OTF!
I love the variety and the instructors and front desk staff are so helpful.
I love the community at Wash Park and the open, welcoming nature of the trainers. I have yet to have a bad class, but in particular love Kris and Jaci. It's also impossible to deny the health gains I have made since joining. Every class I attend increases my physical ability and overall emotional wellness.
Non judgmental, high intensity, organized group workouts with a positive and wholistic focus.
It was a full body workout that was fast, but hard.
