It’s effective! Hands down the biggest change physically I’ve ever gotten from a workout.
They are tough every time, always fresh and interesting (and I get bored easily!) the coaches do a great job of pushing you to try harder, especially coach Justin who always has good facts, motivational quips and gets in your head. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!
The trainers are wonderful, entertaining and really push me to work harder and push myself to a a higher level workout. The class times work well with my schedule, the front desk person is friendly and greets me by name every time I walk in. I've been going over a year now and have never stuck with a workout program like I have with OT.
I love the energy, the coaches and staff, the music, and I enjoy changing stations during my workout. I feel so much stronger and more confident!
The coaches are fantastic! Love the variety of the templates. Happy front desk people and overall great vibe. Love the touches of amenities (deodorant, hair ties, etc). Just makes it feel community-oriented.
Since the template changes, I do feel more fatigued and like certain muscle groups are being overworked. Many of us have weaker knees and the lunges and shoulder presses have been fairly repetitive. Would be nice to see some variations that are less knee heavy. I had to take a week off bc my knees hurt so bad. Just thought I would mention it!
I take Heather and Cody’s class regularly and it is always fun. They both bring positive vibes and they are funny. Their music is also fun! Cody, please have more 80s and 90s music class more often. Thanks!

Working out with a group,the coaches, the fun mix of music, the machines, and the the workouts. I had an ankle injury and was out for four months this was my first week back, I went three times & I have the most energy I’ve had in months!!! I love OTF

I love OTF!!!! It's such a fun workout but on top of the great 60 min workout, the aspect of the gym community is the best. I have made friends there and the people are so supportive and welcoming of everyone that goes there. The coaches and staff are so friendly and motivating and take pride in their work. I have had many friends join because I tell them how fun and motivating OTF is.

I love that the classes are all different. It keeps things interesting. Having a coach in every class to talk you through your workout and keep you on track is SO helpful! Great workouts every time!
