Motivation and clear instruction from coaches. Everyone can work at their own pace.
It’s a great workout. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. However, it might be too intense for some beginners who have no experience with high intensity training. I do wish there would be less leg and glute focus and more core and upper body training during the weight floor portion. That said, I’ve grown to love and look forward to each class.
