The work outs at OTF, are always challenging for me. Even if you go a few times in a row the excercise challenges are different. OTF currently has a good group of coaches, & are very personable. They check in w/ u throughout the work out & are able to assist if you’re doing an excercise wrong to help prevent injury. I have & will keep recommending the Applewood OTF to others.

Variability! Never the same and always challenging.
I love the variety of the workouts, the push the coaches give and the times you have to choose from. So much I could say but in a nutshell, if you are curious about Orangetheory and have never gone, the first class is free. Go check it out for yourself and if nothing else, you get an amazing hour of sweating to fun music!
The studio is no-pressure comfortable and everyone is respectful, encouraging and friendly.

I love orange theory and would recommend to any of my friends to try it. I think people have to figure out individually how their body responds to HIIT and how often is best for them. In that case, adding in more LIFT 45 is a great option! The cost could also be prohibitive for some ppl. Some coaches are better than others w form suggestions, etc

Awesome structured workout lead by professional coach. Class is tough but fun.
The variation of the three stations. Plus I love the weight floor because it's like a lower cost personal trainer and moves I wouldn't know to do on my own.

Was an excellent full body workout without feeling like I may injure myself. OT fits a lot of different muscle groups in that 60 min and you are very satisfied afterwards.
It has a lot of structure to it. It's broken down into manageable increments, which is just what I need. The instructors are excellent at Lowry. I feel like I'm competing with myself and not anyone else.
I like the diversity of the workouts, and that I can just come in, and know I am getting a workout that will cover all the bases
Nice brand new location. Intake area seems to be more roomy than other locations. Coaches and staff are motivating, knowledgeable, and attentive. Still seem to be working out a few kinks with equipment issues on the rowers but other than that, I've had a completely different and more enjoyable experience at this location that I have had at previous. Looking forward to booking more classes here.

The coaches, the community and the feeling like my workouts are semi-private with practically a personal coach. OT is Amazing and results come with the effort pretty quickly! It’s also nice that you can take easy any given day. It’s all up to the person to handle their workout as they see fit. But the coaches are such great motivators that you’ll find yourself trying your best every workout and seeing results faster. Love OT!

Workouts are always different & challenging. I love just going to class and not having to plan workouts of my own.
I’ve only been to one class but instructors are certified, operation was organized, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and members were cheering for each other. I felt like there was a community.
The Tornado, tamales, and tequila workouts. Should be a weekly or biweekly thing.
