I like that it is hard when you want it to be challenging but you can also take it easier and still get a great workout. Basically, what I am saying is that the coaches are super motivational, so if you are wanting to really push your limits, you will be supported. However, if you want to have a recovery day and still be active, you can also have a great (easier) workout too. It's all about balance and I think OTF does that really well.
The workouts are always changing which makes me not want to miss out!
