I love the workout and the coaches. All of the Southglenn coaches are very inspiring and motivating, they do such a good job running an organized class and making sure our minds are right. I have been to other OTF's and this is not always the case. I have been using the showers the past few days and I would like to see them a little bit cleaner. Membership costs are high and to find the same trash in a shower two days in a row was frustrating and made me think about what else is being missed cleanliness wise. I truly love the workout and always try to get more friends to try a class.
I'm still very new, but the circuit style is great because I know I'm not going to be doing the same thing for very long. As a result, my intensity is much higher.
The coaches are great, the workouts are tough, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in!
I appreciated the way the instructors plan out the workout template-find ways to make it even more fun and challenging. I also really appreciate the music that josh plays-you can tell each song is paired with the pushes/all outs. He provides the right cadence to get you moving and to make it to the end. I wish more instructors would do this. I also love his variety of different types of music. Makes the workout!!!!! Oh yeah. He's pretty good at pushing you in a very subtle way where you want to work harder-he understands each client and what they need to go further!
The diversity of the work outs. I work out on Mondays/Wednesdays and Domonic is an amazing coach/trainer. He keeps every work out interesting and is highly energetic.
The coaches have a ton of energy which is so motivating. The classes are small. And the workouts are always different.

Everything! The coaches are the best, front desk staff exceptional and the workouts are fantastic and HARD! You can see your results which is great and keeps you motivated!
It's different everyday. The coaches are great the workouts are hard and the hour flies by. You can't get this at a regular fitness center.
My instructor (Kat) was extremely motivating. Being my first time in class, pushed me the whole time. I felt so strong after. I cant wait for my next class.
That I don't have to plan it. It's challenging and challenges me do what I wouldn't do on my own.
The mix of cardio and strength in 55minutes. I do a fair amount of cardio
in general ,but not good with strength training or plyos.
Resistance training & cardio all within an hour.
I love the energy of the trainers and the effort on making sure you feel welcome.

The coaches take a vested interest in you, the classes are never the same, the group setting compels me to push myself, and we're constantly doing new/different exercises so I never get bored. Love OTF!
I've been to many different type of workout but OTF gives me the perfect blend of cardio and strength
I love that the coaches push you to work hard, but you're able to personalize the workout so that you can perform at your best! OrangeTheory made me love working out again!
Some coaches are better than other. But most have good music, keep you moving even when you feel you can't anymore.
Staff and coaching are wonderful and get you pumped for your work out!
