I like the energy from the coaches and the movement between stations to keep it interesting.

The atmosphere draws me to want to workout, which is different for me as I’ve never felt motivated in the past. The visual aspect of tracking heart rate and splat points helps me see where I am meeting small goals along the way. The style of workout has proved to me more effective than anything I’ve come across before in managing chronic health issues.
I push myself so much harder with the help of the OTF trainers!
The workout is well balanced and also gives the opportunity to be challenged.
I like that there’s cardio and weight training. More weight training would be nice but I know that this is more of a cardio gym.

I like the challenge and not knowing what the workout will be. The coaches always switch it up and some have some tough workouts so I'm not bored. I can turn off my brain and get it done. The treadmills are top notch! I was worried about my knee and running which turns out is not a problem at OTF. I really like the new data in the app and the gamification, so please keep it up.

teachers are so polite and people person. they know I am learning English they explain me everything and other employers also so kind and I like to working program I am burning so much calories every time and it is really so much fun!
I recommend OTF all the time! I love the format, I love the heart monitoring, and I love the coaches! Especially coach Matt, coach Devin, and coach Heather! Coach Devin’s music was always fire. He is a great coach! Sad his temporary stay has ended. I’m hoping someone will pick up the “big booty mixes” for their classes!
I never saw myself doing an instructor lead fitness class especially centered around cardio having a powerlifting and bodybuilding background for the last almost 23 years, coming to OT has been one of the best things I've done for my health and fitness. Coach Danielle makes me want to be better and just get healthy! Her attitude is absolutely infectious and the rest of the staff are absolutely awesome people.

Is an awesome coach she makes you feel comfortable and the way she coaches encourages you to work harder. No matter what limitations you may have she is very encouraging and promotes a can-do attitude. I did not want to do this type of workout! Now I don't ever want to miss a workout!
Good variety of challenges and workout templates
It changes every time and is full body. Music and the coaches make it fun.
I liked the pace and how it changed up. Before I knew it , time was up!
I like the option to bike instead of run. I like the format of half cardio and body and I like the ability to check your heart rate and zone throughout class. Very efficient workout.

That it’s always changing and I never get bored. I also feel like I’ve really had a good work out after it’s over. I like that I can make adjustments to my own pace. I don’t like that some coaches push you to get into the red. Isn’t the point of orange theory to be in the orange?

The coaches, especially Kim, are very supportive and encouraging. I get to work on body parts I would never work on my own. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. It's the best workout for the time and money. I've been a member for over 5 years and don't see myself stopping anytime soon.
It's not just for GenX or Millennials, either! I am in my 60s and find the workouts challenging but doable. Weight-bearing exercises become more important as you age.
It's never boring because the workouts never repeat. The coaches ensure your form is correct, so you don't get injured. It's supportive and challenging without being overly intimidating.
