I like the variety and intensity
I love the cancellation accountability within 8 hours--it makes me go even when I'm tired in the morning. I love the coaches--they are fantastic--all very different, but great in their own ways!

The energy and enthusiasm of the coaches are hands-down the best thing about the wrkouts. Other studios copy the HIIT structure but they cannot nail it the way OTF does.
I also like the workout agendas. The workouts are well structured and never repeat the same patterns. Each and every day focuses on a different movement or group of muscles so that no one area gets too fatigued.
The variety and that there is a leader
Every workout is different so they never get old.
All I have to do is show up and the. Follow directions! Friendly, great workout and yet “not over the top” or fake in any way. And I feel accomplished when the workout is done!
I love that the workouts are different every time and challenging. I like that there is cardio, rowing and weights incorporated into each workout. Love the fans and music !
Orange theory is amazing. I absolutely love the staff and I’ve made such great relationships with those who I work out with. I have already lost 15 pounds in 3 months and I am excited to continue losing more. I missed a team workout environment after finishing college volleyball and now I’m in that environment again and I couldn’t be happier!

I love taking these classes it has changed my life. My body is my dream body now and I always get the best vibes from the coaches. I feel like it’s positive community, I always feel like I belong.
Everything, I love that I can go in and be told what to do and not have to think about what day it is. Always burn lots of calories and I am better shape now after 3 yrs of OTF than I ever have been.

My Coach’s attentiveness to each participant’s firm and safety. She actively corrects and makes suggestions to make my workout the most productive it can be and to keep my from injury. One of my goals in improving my fitness is become stronger as I age so that I can remain active and prevent injury. She helps me do that

I love OTF for many reasons. First of all, i go in and don’t have to worry about what to do. The workout is already set and I’m in and out in an hour. I love that monitor projects how hard I’m working. Most of all i love that the coaches are so helpful. Not only do they make sure we are doing exercises properly to avoid injury. They also push us to work hard. OTF is worth every penny!

I like that it is never boring. I usually talk / interact with someone new each class. Generally the coaches are upbeat and acknowledge me. Not every class cause there are usually over 40 people in class. The front desk people are always friendly and cheerful.
I think the new instructor Nikia is real bomb and I like that the 2G groups are back to being as difficult as they were several years ago. I think the challenging sessions are somewhat lost with the 3G,

The coaches are encouraging. They try to remember names. The music is great for keeping motivated. The variety of cardio and strength makes me feel like I'm not missing out on anything in my routine. The heart rate monitor is great feedback for when I need to push it and when I need to back off. Love it! Try it!
