I like 2G and focus on running. Wish the weights/floor were more strength focused (less exercises and more muscle building and toning).
Danielle was such an incredible coach! She made my first class back so great. When I was confused on form and movements for the weight floor, she was right there to help guide me through it. I also worked out next to Andre and he gave me encouragement during the workout and after. Feeling very excited to start my fitness journey at this studio and be a new member at OTF Parker!

Orange theory always keeps the workouts fresh with a variety of exercises. The coaches are always providing constructive feedback, options and encouragement.

I’ve been going to Orangetheory for over 3 years and the workouts are never boring and always challenging. The environment is positive and inviting, and all staff and coaches are extremely supportive and fun. I know I’ll always find a smile when I walk in.

Variety
I love OTF and this studio! I like all the coaches but I would definitely appreciate if all of the coaches would turn the music up louder during the workouts. I’ve been to a lot of other studios and I would definitely say this studio keeps the music too low. When the music is louder it’s much more motivating to be in the class, as opposed to hearing the person next to me/their machine. Otherwise this studio is awesome and the classes are amazing!
I can schedule when I want to and the workouts are doable.
Love the coaches, people, vibe, just everything about working out at Southglenn. We make it our own fun. Like last week, Caleb had a fun song on prior to class and some of us just starting dancing. Why not! You know when you walk in that door, it's game time and time to give it your all.
Everything! Variety, good coaches, energy, full body, results!
It is something different and doable! I can do it to my fitness level and still get a great workout!
It's a very supportive, fun atmosphere with great workouts that change just enough to keep things interesting, but are also familiar enough that I never feel completely at sea.
