I truly enjoy being told what to do! Probably the only space in my life that I do so. It's nice to know that someone smarter, and fitter, then me has thought out all the muscles groups to be targeted and cardio thresholds to reach. And I can just go through the motions knowing I'm getting an excellent workout!
It is challenging and never the same. The coaches are all great to work with and make sure I am doing the exercises properly. The one thing I have had trouble with in the classes is making sure that my heart-rate monitor is always connected. It loses connection throughout each class. Not thrilled about the product.
It is fast, challenging, and different every time!
Its controlled, structured, I always have equipment, no waits, it makes time go fast, instructors are nice.

Interval training works for me. Short intervals keep me motivated. I also like the split of every class between cardio and strength training.
I love the welcoming environment and how the coaches take the time to learn your strength and push you in a way that is really encouraging. The front desk staff is so cheerful and helpful, and I think the entire staff is doing a good job of creating a community at the DTC location.

Coaches at your studio are excellent, I think i have been to 4 different ones, traveling to Denver area for work. I do think your treadmills are awful, compared to my home studio. Hopefully you are getting new ones soon,

I like that I don't have to plan my workout and it's much more rigorous than anything I would plan.
Music and coaches
I enjoy the circuit style workout. The variety of switching stations and the fast pace keeps me interested in the workout! It's a 1 hour stress release for me and a chance to focus on myself.
The consistent encouragement. It's the right blend of self and group motivation.
At Orange Theory the coaches encourage you, correct your form if needed, and provide the basis for you to push yourself and get one heck of a workout. Everyday is different which keeps your body guessing!
