I am still relatively new to OrangeTheoryFitness but I love the classes because I would never push myself that hard in the gym on my own. The coaches are great the workouts are great and I push myself hard!
The classes are complimenting my running (my main sport/exercise) well. My studio has a great team from front desk to coaches too.
Obviously the workout itself also the sense of community that is established w/in the studio.

Love everything about the OT workout and the Boulder location. Natasha, Jesse, Kasey and Tess are all amazing. Natasha has made me feel very welcomed at the studio and is such a great representative for OT!! Love the workout and there is no better way to get in shape in a fun, encouraging environment!!
It is challenging and quick paced, but moves around a lot so never boring.
OTF is a great challenging workout that makes me push myself to get better each time I go.

I feel so comfortable there and don’t feel overly self conscious about my fitness level in comparison to the others. Very friendly vibes and the trainers are very encouraging.
The workouts are challenging without being overwhelming or intimidating. The coaches are fantastic. Their guidance is gentle and their encouragement is powerful.
The classes are challenging and different every time. The staff has been stellar with encouragement, accountability support, and feedback. There are multiple layers of support built into this program. It really is a strong community and great place to workout.

I like the Balance between cardio and strength. I like the heart rate monitoring to determine intensity and competing with myself. I love the challenge tracker so I can track my progress with non scale victories.
