This past year gone to a couple different studios but none compare to this one. The way this studio is set up is by far the best!
I love going in and not having to think about what I'm going to do that day. Coaches are encouraging and supportive along with others that go there.
However, my biggest gripe lately is the Sunday morning schedule/turn around time. There's only five minutes in between the first and second class and it tends to go longer so the 720 class starts late than runs more than 60 mins. So when we are stretching, the 90 min class is walking in and just seems too clustered and packed together. Just an FYI more than anything.

It varies, but is always consistent in its intensity. Challenging, but each person is encouraged to set the pace that’s right for them.
