The energy & variety & the coaches.
What's not to like. OTF Lowry is a great community. The coaches, Felicia, Jackie, Nik, Haley and Corey provide support, encouragement and energy to make each workout the best it can be. Keke always makes you feel welcome and her smile and energy is contagious. I love the OTF lets you work at your own pace, but encourages you to be your best!!
It’s only been 1 week but the coaches are the number one reason, I give it a 10/10! They push you to work hard and do such a great job of not putting you against someone else’s ability but to only compete your best self. I have already recommended a friend and she is signing up!

Great, hard workout, nice & motivating instructors
I like that it is a well rounded and focused workout. I like the coaches leading you through the workout and cheering you on. I like that everyone is there with the same goal of making it through a tough workout. I also like the heartrate monitoring so I really know how hard I am working.

I love the HIIT component of the class. I won't push myself like that on my own...the coaches are all very motivating!
I just really like the coaching staff and how they morivate the class every workout! I enjoy a structured environment where I can go at my own pace on the days that I am not feeling 100%. This works for me really well and I have fun at Orange Theory.

Head coach, Julia, and all the coaches and staff are genuine and professional. They all make you want to come back to get in shape.
Everything! The coaches are very positive and energetic and explain what to do very clearly. It’s a tough workout but you have the flexibility to go at your pace and modify exercises if needed.
Love it and challenging and motivating
Fully body workout, difficulty levels per your own ability, coaches are knowledgable and motivating, staff is SUPER friendly. I had been really nervous to starting working out again and wanted a gym atmosphere that would push me and keep me engaged. OFT has regular benchmark workouts allowing us to measure our progress, weekly/monthly challenges, and extra fitness engagements such as 5k's and coach versus member competitions. Working out is something I look forward to and have enjoyed getting to know everyone at the OTF Arvada location.

Front desk staff (Megan, specifically) and the coaches are all energetic, supportive, and make the workout fun. The workout itself is exhaustingly fun, but worth the burn!
