I love the intensity. It's so much better than any workout I would get on my own. The amount of time at each station is generally about right for me, and the coaches provide good structure and motivation when it's wanted.
I love working out at Orange Theory! Each session is well designed with a variety of cardio and strength exercises. The coaches are motivating and the music is fun. After over 600 classes, I still find and enjoy challenge in each workout. Signing up ahead of time is a great system to be accountable. The whole staff (from front desk to coaches) is friendly and make you feel appreciated. All I need to do is set aside an hour several times a week and show up. I always feel energized after class. If you are committed to fitness, Orange Theory is a great investment!

I like that it's instructor led and I don't have to think about what I'm going to do for my workout. Chatting with all the regulars before class makes for a nice family-like atmosphere.
A suggestion for improvement is to wait until the block is done before handing out wipes. Start with the weight room, then go to the rowers, and end with the treadmills. This way, we haven't just finished an all out on the treadmill and immediately have to reach for a wipe. Let us catch our breath first!
Also, we need better enforcement of the stroke rate and proper form for crew rowing. Pull back, PAUSE, then go forward. It's not just forward, back, forward, back... If the stroke rate is supposed to be 22, then make sure the leader is not doing 23, or 26, or 32 (which has happened!).

I really liked the change up for the NCAA basketball themed class. Reminded me of a HIIT class when I was on the weight floor and it was a great refreshing change!

I started 8+ years ago, and I still love OTF. The workouts are always different, but lately whoever is designing the templates seems to be making them more challenging. I still believe the best benefit to me personally, is the 60 min mental vacation I get under the orange lights. I can’t stress about anything else on an all out run or row.
I love all the coaches at our studio, each bring their own way to get us motivated, and they also play some great music. The SA’s are all super friendly and helpful. Our studio is always clean and the equipment is well maintained.

I love the music choices by the coaches, the All Out with Aoki is my ultimate favorite! I love the specialty workouts and that every day is different.
I love the high intensity! makes you feel like you're getting the maximum effort out of the one hour. the planned exercises with the coach cues makes you stay on track and the pumping music keeps you motivated plus moving from each station helps keep it interesting. It's the best workout routine I've ever done and I love the results. I am stronger, more flexible and healthier than ever and I am hooked on OTF. But I know it's really the staff and the community of the studio that keep me coming back every day. Thank you Orange Theory Castle Rock!!
I love how the workouts change and adjust each day on a continuum to build on physical areas I’ve recently (or not) worked. I trust that our coaches are delivering workouts that lead to stronger, faster, healthy looking and feeling bodies.
Cardio is balanced with strength and stretching, and I like being told what to do.
It's the perfect workout for an hour. It gets your heart rate up. Everyday is different. It has multiple time slots Everyday to fit my schedule.
