I talk myself out of pushing myself while working out all the time. I like the group aspect and the energy of the class as it encourages me to push myself. Also you cycle through the weights and rower quickly so it’s not boring.

The workout offers a full body approach to getting strong and fit. The space is comfortable and seldom feels crowded. I love the coaches- especially Donna, Scotty, and Bella - but they are all great! The music is good - a mix of genres and generations.

It's very personal. I compete with myself. I don't feel like anyone except the coach is watching me because everyone is busy competing with themselves too.
