I like that I have to commit to the work out by scheduling. I like that it pushes me much harder than I would push myself. I like that I can see my heart rate and get instant feedback on how hard I’m actually working.
In the time constraint that I have I feel I’m getting the max out of my workout. I wouldn’t have pushed myself even half as much at home. I feel energized by the space, the coaches and the music.

Fun, friendly, clean, Coach Led challenging workouts that are changing all the time, rarely is there a repeat workout. Monthly challenges that keep you motivated and accountable. Did I mention, "Coach Led" come in, turn your brain off and workout!!

I am almost at 3000 classes so there is not much that I don't like. From the time you walk in and are always greeted by name and with a smile, to classes that are taught by the best Coaches who are full of energy and encouragement to walking out the door feeling better than when you walked in are what I like about OTF Lowry.
Every workout is different. I like the 23 minute blocks. I like the small brakes in different exercises. And between not just the same exercise. The whole time, the coaches are awesome. It's a very hard workout, but any other workout just doesn't compare anymore.
It is a great all round workout, you have cardio and weights and done in 1 hour. I have never worked out so hard!
I enjoy the Orange Theory workout because it offers a dynamic mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and interval training. The variety keeps me engaged, and the heart rate monitoring system helps me track my progress and push my limits.
I love that the only decision about Orange Theory is to go. I'm always grateful for a good workout. Coaches modify exercises if you have an injury and are so encouraging. Today's coach even texted to say, thanks for a good workout, and have a great rest of your day. OT is a community.
Intensity, variety, and fun
I like the energy that the coaches bring, I like that there's a pre-planned workout, it keeps you moving, and I like having the benchmark challenges to be able to keep track of any progress I've made.
