Full body workout, coaches are great. Workouts change up to avoid boredom.
I loved how welcoming the team was and how they explained the process. I love being able to walk away from a work out with measurable data and Orangetheory does thay better than anyone. I jave only been a memeber for a few weeks but every week there seems to be a new challenge or event that can help yoi reach your goals faster.

I love being able to pace myself according to my current best. It’s challenging but doesn’t encourage you to hurt yourself. Modifications are always gone over. Coaches are available if you are struggling and will direct you personally when needed. I’ve tried other group class forms and this is my favorite. I would recommend to anyone who is newbie and those who are more experienced looking for a challenge.
I love the motivation that it provides and the perfect balance of cardio and strength training.

The workouts are completely coached based, and you never feel lost or confused on what is happening. Everyone at the greeley location is very friendly and nice, easy to communicate with. Otf is a great community and I am glad to be apart of it

Motivational. Different every day
The fact that it is total body. Although some can be tough, I feel great after class every time. I’m enjoying the Strength 50 classes so far as I’ve basically reached my goal weight and not I’m needing to tone and gain muscle. The studio is always clean and the coaches and staff are awesome!

The atmosphere that is empowering and encouraging
I used to be a highly competitive cyclist and I have to admit I wanted nothing to do with group fitness when I started. I’ve been there almost a year now and I’m in better overall shape than I ever have been. Cardio, strength, and endurance have all increased dramatically. I’m running my fastest 5k races of my life. At my age I never thought I’d bring my 5k down to 23 min. These are the best, most supportive, coaches I’ve ever worked with. I’m super biased in my review because I love this place, but they had an uphill battle to win my love for group fitness. Kudos to Stetson Hills OTF you won me for life!
