Variety
Itâs everything thatâs good for us without having to plan/think about it; aerobic, weightlifting, interval, circuit, targeted HR zones. Best of all, if youâre not feeling right, need a substitution or could use a little extra push - the coaches will be there to suggest modifications and support.
I have been to Orange Theory on and off for several years and I always find my way back. There is no other workout I have found that fills my cup and improves my health and wellness the way OTF does. I am happy to be back!
I like getting a full body workout in an hour and have the workout set for me. I used to waste so much time at the gym inbetween exercises or waiting for machines to open.

I love that I just show up and donât have to think about what Iâm going to do. Just listen to the coach and pretty soon itâs over and I have had an awesome workout. Bonus when there is good music that I can/ want to sing along with. I love Natalieâs classes. She is personable, fun and fun, and it doesnât feel like she is just tryout to get another class through.

I really enjoy the coaches how they motivate, support and encourage you. It's a group class but everyone is able to push themselves at their own pace and not feel judged. What I love most about OT is that the hour-long classes fly by and BAM--- you're done!
