I like that I have someone to guide me… I like that I can go all out and go at my own pace at the same time. The coach’s keep you motivated and also remind you to take it back down if you need to.

I love the variety in Orange Theory's workouts, but the best part of the classes is the coaching staff. The coaches work their butts off to motivate members and spend time thoroughly explaining each weightlifting exercise (or how to modify it to get the best individual results).
The variety
Orange Theory is the best. Keeps you motivated and it's fun.
Instructor was great (Nevin), super energetic and gave great coaching advise. Studio was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I like the exercises in between rowing to keep my heart rate up and music is always great!
The instructors! They explain how to do things, and then help if you aren't using the right form. I have had a few injuries (severed Achilles tendon, torn MCL, and hamstring injury). The Achilles tendon happened while working out at another gym. I was hesitant to get back into a gym group workout setting. I am glad I took the leap. The instructors at OrangeTheory are well-informed and share alternative ways to perform the exercises in order to prevent injuries. The music, positive vibe, and fellow workout cohorts are awesome as well.

It is different every day. Love the trainers. I still struggle to get in the mood to workout but once I’m there I feel great afterwards.
As a notorious gym quitter (I lost count how many over the years), this is the only one that inspired me to continue for well over a year now, and I imagine for a long time to come. It is the perfect balance between guided group challenge and an individual effort. I love everything about it: the coaches are great, the desk staff is awesome, the facilities are well maintained, the owner is encouraging and the community is inspiring! Would highly recommend it to anyone!
