What I like about orange theory is the coaches pushing you and showing you the correct way on how to lift weights etc . This place is awesome !
I like that I am coached for a full hour and have productive workouts. On my own, I tend to just wander around the gym. I also like that the coaches motivate. Many times I would just leave the gym when I felt tired. OT coaches encoiragr me to keep pushing through.

It varies and not routine
It's high energy and good for any fitness level.
The only negative I have are the $12 charges if you don't come to class. Sometimes you wake up sick or have car problems or whatever and sometimes you just can't make it. I think you should be given a certain number of no-shows or last minute cancellations per month and then you can start to charge if you go past that amount.
The variety of each workout. No two workouts are the same. I can go at my pace on the treadmill.
The coachs are fantastic! I love knowing that I don't have to think about my workout, they have it all covered for me!
Fun! It goes by super quick with all of the variety of exercises.
I have been a member of OTF Happy Valley since it opened--I believe you call me a founding member. It's been a great workout experience. I really enjoy Jaime and Holly the best. I feel they are the ones that really get to know the members not only by name, but they check in with you on your injuries, goals, etc. They encourage a competitive environment and challenge you when they think you can give a little more to your workout. They make all the difference, in my opinion, and they are why I continue to maintain my memberhip. Holly in particular is so incredibly positive and I love how she keeps you motivated on social media to encourage membership and community. I don't often get to her classes because it seems she teaching less and less. I hope that you can find a way to include her in the schedule more often. Her 90 minute classes on Saturday are my all time favorite!
How I can maximize my heart and see the results as I am working out.
It's the best workout, and the only one I've ever been able to stick with. I've tried so many different workouts over the years, and I end up losing interest. Orangetheory always mixes it up to keep things interesting, and you can never plateau since it adjusts based on your current fitness level.
It is a total body workout and it is difficult every time!
I really like the different routines and workouts. It's like having your own personal trainer in a team environment. It's great.
Everyday is different and just as intense as you make it. Plus, the instructors are awesome! I had to stop going due to injury but one day hope to start up again.
The challenge and variety. It is not for everyone and I would be bored if I did it daily. I like more varity, sometimes all cardio or all strength training, that is why I purchases passes not a membership.
It was great.
That is a good all around workout condensed in less than an hour.
