The coaches. Coach Kim and Ashley are amazing! I love the individual work and goal-setting that happens but the energy of accomplishing your workout with others in the studio. I like the cardio combined with weight training and the fast pace of the intervals with well-timed, high-energy music. This is my favorite exercise I have ever done!

OTF Foothills (River Rd, Tucson) is an excellent, large, spacious facility. Excellent Coaches (Shout-out to Lexi and Kalani). Only thing I wish you would bring back are complimentary towels (for both the gym and the shower). I liked having them available rather than having to bring my own. Thanks!
I love the 3 part workouts Treadmill ,Rowing, and weight floor. The coaches are motivating yet take the time to help correct you if you are not getting the full benefit of the exercise. It’s also fun to push yourself to better your previous results and to have many workout partners. It also makes me get off the couch and at 73 years old the couch is so inviting.😎
The coaches are very good at keeping the group going. I like the fast pace.

Everything! I like how every workout is different. Your workouts incorporate strength, cardio, core, balance, and flexibility. Every workout is a total body workout. Every class is structured with an upbeat tempo so I never get bored, And I don’t have to think about it. Orangetheory makes working out fun, and I can see the results. By the way, your music is amazing!!
The Orange Theory community is fun and supportive. The workouts are intense and scientifically designed.
