I am guaranteed to use different muscle groups each time and burn a ton of calories. The workout is always a little different so it keeps things fresh and exciting. The music and group energy is great too; the music pumps you up and the group is welcoming and supportive.
Strong family feeling where encouragement is always provided alternate workouts or work around for those who are injured or new to working out great coaches great atmosphere

It’s goes by fast and keeps changing exercises so you don’t get bored. High energy and fun, accepting atmosphere. People of all abilities and ages are there and simply modify to their fitness level. Gets results and pushes me far more than typical group classes!
Workouts are challenging but I can go at my own pace, entire staff is friendly and supportive, coaches are very knowledge about the workouts and overall fitness, and lastly they are a lot of fun!
It's fun and effective. I don't have to worry about switching up the exercises to avoid plateaus or keep myself from getting bored. The coach does that for me! I've also been able to lost 10 pounds thru a combination of OT workouts and adjusting my diet, which was recommended by Michelle (one of my favorite coaches). Losing those 10 pounds has done WONDERS for my mental health as well as physical of course! OT is expensive but totally worth it IMO.
Pushes me! No opportunity to slack!

The diverse set of workouts day to day - it’s the most well balanced workout I’ve seen in comparison to other studio types.
It is the only place I have been that I actually feel like I had a work out. No other place compares.

The diversity of the workout, I like that I can row, tread and lift all within the hour. The coaches are motivating and they create a real sense of community. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in that door.
I love that the trainers are attentive, engaged, and committed. Michelle pushed me and my husband the entire time which is extremely motivating!

OTF has a great cross training program. You are working your body as a whole with different classes targeting different muscle groups. It is an enjoyable hurt! You know you’re getting a great workout each time you go. Great workout for all ages. Love tracking my workout with my arm monitor because I know when I am not working hard enough so I push harder!
No one makes me feel like I’m the old lady who is out of shape, which is how I feel. Everyone
is very kind and non-judgemental. I’ve never been to a gym which such a positive vibes and felt so excepted. I was able to walk around Europe 6-8 miles a day after doing Orangetheory for two months. My cardiovascular fitness has improved immensely and at 60 I’m not getting any younger. I’ve also lost about 20 pounds just by exercising at Orange theory
