The 2 classes I attend on a weekly basis are both taught by Natalie, she is a fantastic instructor, trainer, motivator and is a master at juggling the room and all the different levels of fitness in the room.

There are a ton of OTFs. I love this OTF in particular because of the coaches. They’re very welcoming and truly care about their members. They do a great job paying attention to the whole group and providing individuals with cues and ways to modify movements if you have an injury or if want to challenge yourself. 5 stars!!!
That’s it’s a one and done class ! Love strength training and cardio . I do wish we can incorporate at least one core exercise daily. Love the energy and the coaches

I like the dynamic nature of the workouts, the full body and flexibility consideration. Technology and tracking is awesome
The music is awesome -the coaches are the most entertaining but also really emphasize safety and it is a super welcoming environment for newbies. The front desk works to make sure you have everything you need for an awesome workout!

I was one of those who was skeptical of these group workout classes as I’ve always lifted weights/ran by myself. I was proven wrong by the group energy and motivation to push myself especially my cardio to their limits.
