I have been to many orange theory’s in various states, and I have really enjoyed this facility. Your coaches are friendly and upbeat, always letting the different groups know what’s next, motivating them to do more, and giving clear instructions. the music is good too!
I like that I can't skip out on the treadmill! I never got on the treadmill when I went to another facility and now I am so much more in shape and look so much better aesthetically. These work outs push me to do the best I can and the coaches have helped me reach my goals and I'm excited to see what I can accomplish in 2018 now!!!
