The atmosphere
The mix of cardio and weights. The trainers are the best!! They watch our forms to ensure we are doing the exercises correctly, thus preventing injuries. They always encourage us.Also, the staff at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. Maddie is so efficient and always makes clients feel welcomed. I also want to add that the gym, waiting area, & bathroom are very clean and hand sanitizers are everywhere.
Every workout is different but all are challenging and the coaches are motivating and keep things moving.
Always new and different. Love the coaches! Really like so many but esp Jerica and Kempo.
Work at one's own pace, different workout regimen every class, full-body impact, more energy for the next 36 hours, great workouts with limited time commitments
Please update your bikes with better gear selectors and LED displays like the other studios have.
Also, I think the coaches can do better in consistently providing instructions to those of us who are biking instead of running. My experience has been hit and miss with that.

I love OTF Gilbert. I actually live closer to the new Gilbert East location but drive to Gilbert and Warner because I like the studio and trainers so much.
Variety of challenges in doable time segments; specific to your Monday night class, both the instructor and front desk personnel were knowledgeable and supportive of each participant.

The energy, it's upbeat. Staff is friendly and encouraging and a little bit pushy...in a good way. :-)
I just started but I like the variety. I also like that it's not glaringly bright, turning the lights down just a little brings the focus more to what you're doing rather than where or who you're around.
Overall, it's a great vibe and so far a great workout, you can make it harder by pushing faster or heavier on the weights or keep it light, for newbies like me, at first.
