For me OT is so worth it because it's fun. It's high-energy and the the environment is motivating. Also helps to have great coaches and friendly staff. Plus the workouts also vary so its hard to easily get bored. I love OT because I can get a full workout in just that hour so feel very accomplished. Mornings are the best because it puts me in a good mood :)

The coaches make it happen. They make it special.
The versatility, ability to adapt to different conditions (I have arthritis in my knees). I'd like to see more 15# weights. They seem to be the most popular with women. That weight is the perfect sweet spot, having to go to 12# isn't as good a workout and 20# is sometimes just too heavy.
It is structured - the coaches tell you what to do and how and when to do it. I need that or I won’t do anything. The class flies by and I always feel renewed afterwards.
