The flexibility and relaxation
The Doral location is clean and conveniently located. The parking is also easy. I enjoy the room as it has a good vibe with the yellow paint and natural light.

teacher (not sure of her name -- chinna? Tues night class)extremely personable....showed me poses I've never done before AND backed them up with experience and knowledge. Very conscious of preventing injuries. I would return if for nothing else, to take class from her!

A lot, but I'll just mention a couple this time. I suffer from High Blood Pressure. Every time that I have started to attend Bikram regularly I have noticed that my blood pressure comes down and I don't need my medication. Also, it has improved my golf game. Thanks!
