The studio is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I was a visiting Bokram Teacher and the teacher was great.

Bikram Hot Yoga is an incredible work out without the risk of injury that some other work outs pose. I suffer from High Blood Pressure, but when I go to Bikram on a regular basis, I am able to control my Hypertension. It has also improved my Golf game.
