I enjoyed the class very much. Afterwards I felt ready to take on the week which was just what i needed. Domenica was a great instructor who took time to go and show us how to do the positions correctly.

I usually go to the one in Doral and i really like how a the staff is super friendly and will always answer any questions I have after class, also the place is super clean and I don't have to worry about leaving my bag because the doors are closed while the class is on
