I really like the fact that 8:30 p.m. classes are regularly offered. My work hours are very long, and I have not been previously able to find a group class that I can attend with regularity. I would like to attend 6:30 a.m. classes, but don't because they are only offered 2x/week, and I would like to practice more often and do not believe I would sustain a routine of going to an 8:30 p.m. class followed by a 6:30 a.m. class. I like having a rotation of instructors and although I have only had classes with a few, I've particularly enjoyed those with Will and David, who I thought made significant efforts to engage with the class and to provide corrective support without ostracizing attendees. Most instructors have been very good, with maybe just a couple who have either been a bit too aggressive or otherwise disengaged. As a beginner, I appreciate when an instructor demonstrates a pose. Finally, I also think the pricing model and rewards system is very smart--encouraging frequent classes and providing incentives with the quick completion of 10 classes influenced my commitment and ability to make the class part of my daily routine. This studio is clearly operated with a lot of thought.

The professional and Friendly staff
I like the repetition and predictability of the class. The location is perfect for me to bike over. I am sad that the weekly price went up and as such I will not be booking another week this week before summer travels but hopefully I can get back in to my practice when my finances are more stable. Mostly, I love David. His intonation and passion when leading a class keep me trying my best and actively participating rather than simply going through the motions. Until the future :)

I thought that the instructor was very welcoming and made me feel at ease for my first time practicing hot yoga. Needless to say, I absolutely loved the class. I felt invigorated when I left that day. I will be spreading the word about my experience here. The studio was clean and accommodating to all my personal needs. I look forward to becoming a regular student.
