I love it. I feel this is helping me in so many ways. Also, I love the fact that I don't need to be an expert to participate.
I've only had classes with Matthew and Emma and they were both great. I am definitely recommending it to all my friends.

What's not to like? I get an incredible work out with out injuring my self,even when I don l't go every day. I learn how to control my breathing and heart rate while I get peace of mind. All this and more, from something and tha's been around for eons. Can't touch this!!!! It's awesome!!!
