I like that there are lots of options for classes to attend. It's not difficult to work it into my schedule. Staff and instructors are very kind and helpful and I feel GREAT when I leave :-)

I like the personal feeling of dynamic fitness. The instructors are so friendly and really make you feel welcome and comfortable. After my first classes they took the time to check in afterwards to see how I found the class.

What do you like about our services?

I really enjoy the hot classes, especially hot athletica. I just wish there were more times available for the hot athletic classes rather than just at 4pm as it can be hard to get to those classes everyday!

Every yoga instructor I met/ had attended class with were really kindness helpful. Classes and fees are available for my need. Wonderful and relaxing atmosphere.
