I really enjoy that it's open to beginners. It's welcoming and I don't feel like an out of place newbie, or that I don't belong in the class. Kathy is amazing, and I felt well instructed. I enjoy the environment, very calming.

Angela's 5:30 hot yoga and yin class is fantastic. She is an intuitive instructor as she seems to remind about breathing, posture, technique when it is most needed. Also, her music selection is the absolute best! Thank you! I also adore hot athletica. The facilities are also clean and nicely decorated to compliment the classes. The showers are also great.
