The water in the showers & the pool is warm!
The locker room is kinda a mess (missing curtains on showers, showers not working, lockers rusted shut) and since there's a kids class right after, the woman's locker room was way over-stuffed with kids and moms, which made it hard to change back.
The pool is too cold.

Facilities need improving but I know that isn't at your control. Do like the new level system
The classes and location are excellent and convenient. The locker rooms are in bad shape (often with unusable showers, or, as on last Sunday, unusable lockers because every surface and wall was wet), but we don't really need them.
It seemed a little dirty with gnats, I saw two. Kora was incredible, so very patient
If the majority of a swim class is ready to move to the next level, you should change the class to that level rather than making everyone find a new class time!

While we really like the one on one lessons our son is getting, it would be great if there was at least a one lane pool to allow him to get the actual experience of swimming laps that would provide.
Easy to get to using the CTA, there's free parking and a Divvy bike station.
While the overall class experience is good, the facility is a bit sub par in terms of cleanliness and size.

The facility is small but my grandson's instructor Kora showed us just how much fun could be had in such a space.

My kid loves swimming and gets cold so the pool temp was great. At toddler age he just simply refused to do the song parts of class. Since that's half the class it just wasn't worth It. Not sure what you could change. It was just him at an ornery age.
Great communication and flexibility if we need to reschedule.
Focus on technique. Would prefer less games even for level 1
I think your program is wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is more lesson options for young kids, but from what I overheard at the Swim Studio, that is already in the works.
