i've only had one brief experience, so i'm not sure yet how likely i would be to make the recommendation. the first thing i noticed though is that i filled out a list of questions on my goals etc., but i don't think it was passed along to the instructor.
Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable about swimming.
Great with kids, thorough and efficient communication with parents.
Elia is a very patient instructor. Studio and locker rooms are clean and orderly.

Elia was super instructive and helpful. I still have a lot to work on but Elia gave me a head start. She also wrote down instructions of exercises I need to work on + access to multimedia database. Dressing room was clean and pool excellent for the purpose. I would definitely come back if I didn't live 6800 km away.
The individual session is spectacular but apparently other learning options are available. The ability to instruct many different levels by various class type is fantastic.
Registration process. I didn't receive any written confirmation upon registering only to find I got 1) registered for the wrong class 2) they took down my Amex CC (but don't accept Amex so had to call back) 3) didn't apply the discount credit in my account.
More changing table on shower room. At least 2 more.
Location. A business plan to invest toward the north west section.
methodology, how swimming is thought and trainers, they are great.
Coach Moreen is a very nice and patient coach.
Classes are good but very short, expensive and no parking.
The session was good for a person who would like to learn how to swim but not to enhance stroke efficiency. We didnt get videos or any efficiency intelligent and comparisons
The environment was unpleasant. Bathrooms in the hall had an unpleasant odor. The entry hall was smelly, too.
The pool area and changing rooms were badly in need of an overhaul. I realize that a 25-minute introductory
lesson is very short but it almost took us that long to get the hang
of swimming in the pool without getting blown out of the lanes. It was hardly enough
time to understand the instruction, too. Thanks for the opportunity to give
feedback.
We're sorry you and your partner didn't enjoy your lesson. We've given the two of you a full refund.
They are doing construction at the space next door to us, and we believe that their plumbing it the source of the musty odor. We're working through it with our landlord, but it's not the quickest process.
I'll talk to my office staff about scheduling you and your partner for a 25 minute assessment lesson. We usually recommend 50 minute lessons for adults, and certainly 50 minutes for a two or three person lesson. After introductions and explanations, you probably wound up with about 10 minutes of instruction apiece.
I'll follow up with you to get feedback on the bathrooms and pool area to understand what you think we could improve.

Instructor provided tailored, effective coaching within the 50 min block.
Best instructors. I'm confident my kids aren't just playing in the pool--they're learning to swim and learning proper form.

I feel that in some ways First name removed keeps doing the SAME THING over and over again. He is ready to learn how to swim, and my husband and I arent sure that there has been much progression in the skills taught between toddler 1,2 and 3. First name removed has always been confident and he is now just MORE confident (which I'm not totally sure is attributable to lessons but rather to time spent in pool) but not actually learning how to swim.
