Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Periodic assessments to get to the next level and working with kids individually as needed
More space in locker room
Really nice staff. Clean lockerrooms. Showers are really cold in the morning and faucets don't work well.
Various times and offerings.
Fix your girs locker room and one time I got stuck in the bathroom for about 15 minutes cause the door was stuck it took me forever to open the door
We are very happy with the lessons for our son. He needed a little extra personal attention to feel more comfortable and to start swimming! Rachel is great with kids!
Personal attention and the ability to make the kids feel comfortable and safe
Great customer service. My instructor, Elia, was awesome! I was amazed at how much difference she made in just my evaluation.
Friendly and clean.
My kids are actually learning how how to swim. Couldn't ask for more.
Her swim coach. The staff, location and flexibility in the schedule
flexibility and the staff
Thorough and detailed coaching in a nice, clean facility with friendly staff.
Easy to communicate with and get set up for a class
1. Pool was way too crowded from the two classes Level 1 and 2. I barely had space to stand.
2. Instructor just went through pre canned drills from TI. There was no structure or progress tracking. I think I made zero progress from Level 2 classes.
3. Really disappointed, totally not worth the money.
Warm water. Age appropriate activities done in a way that didn't frighten child.
Customized to swimmer's needs, not just a cookie cutter of swim technique.
The school is very nice but the locker room for the pool is very inconvenient, especially if you have an infant. It would be helpful to have more changing stations to put the baby on and a garbage can for diapers.
Garbage can for diapers, oil hinges on lockers so they open easily
Feedback on correcting technique and drills to correct it so you become more streamlined and FASTER. Both the endless pool and real pool have benefits with doing both. I am amazed that coach Fitz can just watch us and know how many minutes/seconds are strokes should be. Best swim coach in Chicago!
The instructors were kind and personal, but the "routine" felt like it moved too fast.
Instructor was late but recovered very well. I personally prefer a regular pool.
Smaller classes which allows for more one on one
instruction.
Flexibility with regards to making up missed
classes
I really like how patient my instructor was and how safe I felt in my evaluation.
The warm water and air temperature and the cleanliness in the pool area.
Swift is perfectly fine with me, with the exception of the swings in temperature. However, I can see some people thinking it's too "bare bones" (e.g, locker room facilities).
nothing particular. I had a good time at my 45 minute session however before strongly recommending someone I would need more detailed exposure!
Small locker rooms
The coaches and class structure is great. The only problem with swift is the locker rooms are kinda gross.
