Love the instructor, love the methodology, and not that heating got fixed, like the pool and the venue too. Keep it up!

It had starting blocks which is what we needed the water appeared clean and there was parking. Everything we were looking for.

I really liked my experience and am glad to have found a class that I think is right for me. I was not aware prior to my evaluation that the actual classes were in Edgewater, which is pretty far for me. I would warn any friends about the distance before recommending Blue Dolphins.
The locker room is a little weird... kids and adults getting ready to swim or cleaning up after swim class is not appropriate. Other than that class is great and the pool serves its purpose
The Blue Dolphins instructors are awesome. They make me as a student feel comfortable, they are patient, and they run the class efficiently.

Not that friendly to change an infant (unless I missed something) in the boys locker room. I take my daughter to swim classes on Saturday's. Other than that, everything was great.
The program is great. I just wish there were more continuity in instructors from week to week.

Yes, the Saturday staff has been shifting around a bit over the last couple of months. We had some changes last fall. A long time instructor, Rachel, left for a job in industry. Maureen, the coach in November-January, was able to sub in while I transitioned another coach up there but wasn't able to work on Saturdays long term. We should now be set with coaches Zach, Kora, Dominic, and Maura on Saturdays. Kora and Maura should be regular instructors in that class for the foreseeable future.
Ensure the shower water runs warmer and that an outlet is in proximity to the mirror
The services are great!! I like that I was able to work 1 on 1 with Elia and improve the areas that were challenging. She is a wonderful instructor and will return and refer others....
Coach Elia is terrific! Nice facilities.
Everyone is very friendly! The staff and Coach K made my daughter feel comfortable at her lesson. She had no issue getting into the pool (1st lesson) because he greeted her with enthusiasm. Thank you!

Thank you for providing us feedback on the condition of the bathrooms. Some of the items you mentioned to me (state of the lockers and proximity of benches to the shower flow) are not things we can readily change. We will do spot checks on the bathrooms during the winter especially to make sure that the floors do not get too dirty with all of the boots coming into the changing areas. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Thank you for sending us feedback about your experience at Swift. We're sorry for all of the pool equipment problems during the fall -- the heaters broke, the pool was down for 1 1/2 weeks to fix it, and then we went into the holiday break 3 weeks later.
Because it's an elementary school, it's not well set up for changing babies. We'd like to get space from the school to store some equipment for baby changing and diaper disposal. We've asked 3 times, so we'll probably just go ahead and do it and ask for forgiveness later.
