The location is very convenient for our family. As my kids' swimming proficiency has evolved, the class schedule and timing of their lessons hasn't always been convenient.
Also, things are much better now, but for a while, it seemed like there was a different coach every week for my kids' lessons, which was not ideal. It's been more consistent for the last few weeks, so that's definitely an improvement.

Keep the water temperature warm and consistent.
Water cold and locker room is also cold. Often no toilet paper in women's locker room. Showers have no water pressure and sometimes cold water.

Flexibility for making up classes. Small class sizes. Friendly instructors. Efficient teaching
The pool temperature is too cool for little ones and the locker room facilities are sub-standard. If you could keep the pool water temperature as well as the locker room temperature warmer as well as offer at least one trash can, changing table and a place to set your belongings while changing, that would be several steps in the right direction. Otherwise, offer the classes for half the price if you cannot influence the facilities.
We appreciate the small class size, the individual attention, the method of the classes rolling over so they never really "end", the simplified methods of being able to teach the process to young children.
