I was assisted by a young lady named Courtney. She was the first female who has ever fitted me for a tux and at first as a larger fellow, I was a bit nervous. She immediately put me at ease showing me several options and then helping me select a proper color scheme of vest and tuxedo. She was very patient with me because I don't like this process at all. I kept making remarks about how I would not look like the models and she just kept saying she would make me look good. This is excellent customer service and she made a chore into a treat. Her attitude is a credit to your business. Everyone else I talked to was also friendly. I think it was Steven on the phone and a smart looking fellow who checked me in. Both of these gentlemen listened as I praised Courtney and they seemed genuinely pleased that she received my praise. Good for them because everyone wins.

Your store had a variety of clothing, from semi-formal to formal, and had ample selections in style and sizes. I would recommend you showcase more semi-formal clothing and or semi-business type of clothing for cocktail type parties or everyday business wear. I think that would attract more of a male population that would readily rent or buy clothing that was showcased in a store.
The tux outfit was very clean & nicely pressed. I do think your rental prices are too high, though, as my tux rental was $149.
I love how they can use your sizes from previous orders and place an order for you without a fitting. I worked will for NYE

Everything Fit
The Tuxedo was great! I couldn't believe that not only could I reserve one the day before NYE, but also have it cut 50% in price! Normally, stores increase prices for holidays! Thanks Friar Tux. I've used you now for my wedding party this year, and now for NYE. I'll be coming back in the future for sure!
