First off, customer service was the top of their priority! They were so accommodating and will to work with whatever specifics you have in mind when searching for a tux/suit. I had a few issues, but this facility was so forgiving and did everything they could to fix the issues I had when returning my tux. I will most DEFINITELY be returning for future events.
